If you cancel services:

Images, videos, and products will be delivered in the formats stated in your agreement (digital download, USB, online gallery). Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by edit requirements, peak periods, or special requests.
Final deliverables will be edited in accordance with our standard procedures unless otherwise agreed. Client preferences may be factored in where communicated in advance.
We grant clients a non-exclusive licence to use the provided photographs and videos for personal or promotional use. Clients may share content on social media, wedding websites, or in print.
RichCom Studios retains copyright to all original photographs, videos, and creative media. Clients may not sell or license content to third parties unless authorised.
By agreeing to services, clients grant RichCom Studios permission to use images and videos for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless formally withdrawn in writing.
